Falcons extend tight end Kyle Pitts on a 3-year, $54 mill contract

Coming off the best season of his career, Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts has signed a three-year extension.

Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts has signed a three-year extension to remain with the Atlanta Falcons, worth $54 million, with $36 million guaranteed. During the 2025 season, Pitts caught 88 passes for 928 yards and 5 touchdowns. The best season of his career came at a time of crossroads when the Falcons weren't sure if it was time to move on from Pitts, who was drafted as a "generational type of talent," who hadn't lived up to expectations yet.

The deal will make Pitts the third-highest-paid tight end in per-year average behind George Kittle ($19.1 mill) and Trey McBride($19 mill).
